The Second Corner

Bike fixed, I headed north on the 405 to Blaine, WA, the second corner of the US on this adventure. Traffic is a real problem in Seattle, and it took forever to make the trek up there and back.

Afterwards, I headed towards Portland via the back roads of Oregon - the Pacific Coast Highway and OR 202. Redwoods are everywhere towering above the landscape.

Portland is a young and vibrant town. I drove around downtown and checked out the landscape. There are several universities in the area. Lots of people were walking around hanging out and enjoying the city.
